What is I.LEAD?
I.LEAD is a social change movement led by youth, for youth.
This group is the representative voice of young people with visible and invisible disabilities, working with central government organisations and corporates to help make Aotearoa a more accessible, equitable place to live. We aim to amplify the voices of youth with disabilities on any platform, at any table.
The I.LEAD Team comprises of young people with disabilities investing in their personal and professional development, driving change by being part of exciting projects, and sharing their experiences to educate the public and politicians about life as a young person with a disability.
The I.LEAD National Committee are a group of youth representatives from across the different Regional Committees to discuss their views on issues, policy, barriers and events, and accelerate their visions.
